Drawn from the Dr. Seuss archives at UC-San Diego, this site illustrates many examples of the advertising work done by Theodor Seuss Geisel from the 1920s through the 1960s. In addition to promoting the Standard Oil products of Esso and Flit, Dr. Seuss's creations have hawked such diverse goods as ball bearings, beer, sugar, and paper cups.
