On October 28th at midnight, the UC San Diego Library will open a long-anticipated 24/5 Study Commons in Geisel Library thanks in part to a recent gift from the Alice G. Marquis Living Trust.
Study Commons hours will be:
|Sunday||10am - Midnight|
|Monday - Thursday||24 Hours|
|Friday||Midnight - 6pm|
|Saturday||10am - 6pm|
This expands hours available for study in the Geisel Library by nearly 40%!

Amenities will include: large and small study tables, individual study carrels, comfy chairs, group study rooms, and computer workstations.
Overnight access will be limited to UC affiliates only – IDs will be required.
