North County Coastal
San Diego’s North County Coastal region stretches from the scenic Torrey Pines area in the south, to the border of Orange County in the north, and includes the following cities: Carlsbad, Del Mar, Encinitas, Solana Beach, Oceanside and portions of San Diego. The beautiful beaches and homes attract residents and visitors to this area. This section of San Diego County has historically been the most expensive region of the county, made up of many affluent cities and neighborhoods.
