City Heights

City Heights has a population of almost 90,000 people.  Residents of this community are ethnically diverse and tend to be much younger than that of the city average.  Low income households and small low-income businesses are characteristic of this community.  Historically, crime rates have been very high, although due to recent redevelopment and new public services, crime rates have been on the decline.
