Currently on exhibit in the Biomedical Library breezeway is a striking group of art works by School of Medicine student George Bruque from his “Portraits of Pathology” series.  These works are representations of seven diseases created as part of Bruque’s Independent Study Project.  A computer in the exhibit case is running a looped PowerPoint presentation showing additional artist statements and excerpts from interviews the artist conducted with physicians specializing in these areas.  We are really pleased to be able to showcase this unique and thought-provoking work.
