Loan Policies

1. The Factual Film Archive does not hold the copyright on the films loaned ( listed on page 2 ). Nor does the loan of films imply any rights given.

2. Films loaned will be in their original format (16mm prints)

3. Obtaining all appropriate rights needed for the copy of, and or use of, loaned films is the responsibility of the requestor. FFA assumes these rights will be cleared.

4. All associated costs & fees will be the responsibility of the requestor.

5. Please provide a brief description on how films will be used.
