Copycam Enabled Study Rooms - BML

The Copycam is simply a mounted camera that can capture the writing on the study room's whiteboard. In the Biomedical Library, two study rooms are equipped with this device - downstairs in Room 107 and upstairs in Room 214. The images captured by the Copycam are posted to the web and are available within 30 minutes or less and will be stored for a maximum of 7 days. The images can be found at:

Please do not post private information as the servers do not require a login to access the images!

The key to one of these rooms may be borrowed from the service desk for a period of three hours. The following policies govern the use of the rooms:

  • The room may be reserved for use later the same day, following the standard group study room reservation policy, or are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please ask for either room 107 or 214.
  • The standard group study room policies apply. The full details of these policies can be found on the Group Study Room Policy page.
  • All library policies are in effect in this room, with particular emphasis on the library's food and drink policy.
  • Users must clean up after themselves, and leave the room in good condition for the next users.
