• Annex Request Form
  Use this form to request materials from the Biomedical collection in the Annex. For books, UCSD users can also search in Roger, then use the Request button.
• Ask-A-Librarian
  Ask a question via this form, get answers by e-mail.
• Billing Appeal Form
  Use this form to appeal Library bills that have already been assessed. See also Fines and Fees information.
• Citation Linker (UCSD Only)
  UC e-Links Citation Linker helps you find and request articles, books, book chapters, dissertation, government documents, videos, etc. if you have a fairly complete citation for the item you want. TIP: for journal articles, use the full journal name - do not use abbreviations!
• Classes
  Sign up for one of our classes, covering such topics as PubMed, EndNote, and more.
• Consultations
  UCSD users can request personal consultations at our site or your on-campus office or lab.
• E-Problem Report Form
  Have a problem with an e-journal, e-book, database not working right? Report bugs, missing content, sites not working, etc. via this form. If you provide contact information, you will get a personal reply.
• Interlibrary Loan Backup Request Forms (UCSD Only)
  Citation Linker is our default Interlibrary Loan request form now - use this backup form if Citation Linker is not working for you.
• Online Searching (UCSD Only)
  Request to have librarians run literature searches for you.
• Purchase Request
  Suggest an item for purchase by the library.
• Reserves Materials Request
  Faculty and instructors: use this to request that library material be put on class reserves - select Biomedical & Medical Center Libraries if you want items at BML.
