1,040 O'Reilly IT/computing books. Includes titles on programming, operating systems, networking, security and software engineering. When you finish reading, make sure to click on "LOGOUT" at the top right of the front page.

SYNTHESIS Digital Library of Engineering and Computer Science
200+ titles in this library of short lecture-sized books, synthesizing an important research topic, with more analysis & depth than the typical research article. Good for CSE, ECE, BENG & general eng.

netLibrary Online Books in Computer Science
Over 200 electronic books consisting mostly of practical, how-to manuals in areas such as, HTML, Java, Windows, networking, etc.

Access Engineering
Over 200 McGraw-Hill Professional engineering books, such as Marks' Standard Handbook for Mechanical Engineers, Perry's Chemical Engineers Handbook, Standard Handbook for Electrical Engineers, Roark's Formulas for Stress and Strain, and many more.
