S&E Annex Request Form
- This form is only for Science & Engineering Library materials held at the Annex. For other requests, see our forms page.
- The Annex delivers the original print volumes, not photocopies.
- You will be contacted by email when your material arrives at the S&E Library. You may call the S&E Library Circulation Desk at 858.534.3257 to check if your material has arrived.
- Annex materials are usually delivered to the S&E Library within 24 hours of your request, Monday – Friday.
- Details on having library staff make photocopies for you from S&E Annex materials are available here.
