The U.S. Government Information collection is an interdisciplinary social science collection that includes documents from all areas of the federal government with a specialization in U.S. demographics, public policy and legislation. All the government documents in the collection can be found in the Libraries' Roger Catalog, and most of them can be checked out. UCSD is a Congressionally designated depository for U.S. Government documents. Public access to the Government documents is guaranteed by public law. See the libraries policies covering Visitor Services and User Conduct for general information or contact Rebecca Hyde, U.S. Government Information Librarian, for specific questions regarding the documents collection. |
