Supreme Court Decisions

Lexis Nexis Academic Supreme Court cases, briefs and previews: Full text opinions of all Supreme Court cases since 1790. Also included are all dispositions of cases that were appealed to the Supreme Court; working papers of the actual parties to the litigation as well as other interested parties, which are filed with the Supreme Court before the case is argued; and advance analysis by legal experts of the issues, facts and significance of each case being argued before the Supreme Court. BriefBank a free, community-supported resource that collects and redistributes briefs in the area of law, technology, and public policy. Briefs are generously donated by legal scholars and partner organizations.

FindLaw Supreme Court Briefs 1999 - present. A helpful site that collects legal briefs which summarize the facts of a case as well as the legal reasoning behind the arguments.

OYEZ : U.S. Supreme Court Multimedia
OYEZ offers audio and/or transcripts of Supreme Court oral arguments and oral decisions. More than 2000 hours of audio are available (all audio recorded in the Court since 1995; selective collection prior to 1995). In addition to audio, there are links to the printed decisions, abstracts of the decisions, records of individual justice's votes on the decisions.
