Spaces & Equipment

The largest of the UC San Diego Libraries, SSHL’s books, journals and services are located in the Geisel Library Building, including the main floor of the West Wing and floor’s 5 through 8 of the Tower.  Use this guide if you have trouble tracking down items you’ve found in the Catalog.

Study spaces are also located throughout much of SSHL, including quiet areas on floors 5 through 8.

  • Computing: Get information about our computing facilities, wireless network or access from off campus and around the world. 
  • Printing & Copying: Learn where to get cards for our printers and copy machines, or how to use your campus printing account.  We now also offer wireless printing throughout the libraries.
