Bindery Slip Formats

There are six bindery slip formats used for Science & Engineering journals. If there is no format number, the default is "1\".

Volume number is preceded with V.:

Year is used as volume without V.:

Bindery Slip Instructions

The first processing note (Z note) is the title which will appear on the bindery slip. Do not use periods to indicate returns; instead use "$$".

The first bind info note (W note) is the bindery information which will appear on the bindery slip. Use the number of the bindery slip format listed above, followed by a backslash before the bind info.

Sample:

     SPECTROCHIMICA ACTA$$PART B$$ATOMIC SPECTROSCOPY

     1\FULL-BIND$$LIB-BUCK, RED$$COVERS-BIND FRONTS$ADS-BIND    
     ALL$INDEX-BIND AS-IS
