UCSD Libraries Stack Cleaning Report

Supervisor: You will be notified of your GA allocation when budgets are approved.Your project will be funded up to that limit; overage will be the responsibility of your department.

Please complete this report within 2 weeks of finishing your stack cleaning project. Print, complete and return the form to the Preservation Department, 0175N. If this is a continuing project, specify the dates covered by your request and indicate when the project may be complete. Indicate the specific fund, if other than your department GA, where you want the hours to be transferred; the Preservation Dept. will send a copy of the green sheet to your AA. The information you supply will be used for current year statistics as well as for future stack cleaning allocations. Contact the Preservation Department for information.
