The SIO Library building is closed. Please use this form to request materials from the SIO Library building.

The UCSD Annex is an offsite closed storage facility. Use this form to request items held at the Annex.

UCSD Patrons

Whenever allowable, requests from UCSD faculty, students and staff for articles from bound journals stored at the Annex or SIO Library building will be delivered to you electronically. All other requests will be delivered to your pick-up location within 2 business days, excluding University holidays. After 1 week, items not picked up will be returned.

Non-UCSD Patrons

Members of the general public may use this form to request items that are held at the UCSD Annex or SIO Library building to be brought back for use at your designated library pick-up location.
