Easy to set up - only requires changing one setting in your Web browser.

Cons

Users in offices located inside in non-UCSD institutions with high network security may not be able to use the UCSD Proxy server. Examples: non-UCSD hospitals, Salk, etc. If you are in such a facility, check with your IT support unit before trying to connect to the UCSD network.
