Data Management Plans

As of January 19, 2011, the National Science Foundation requires that a data management plan, not exceeding two pages, is submitted with each proposal. According to the NSF, data management plans are intended to document how research data will be described, accessed, archived, shared, re-used, and re-distributed during the length of the funded project and beyond.
