About Get Started

Get Started! is a learning tool that's designed to introduce a new library user to conducting research using the UCSD Libraries, its website, and an assortment of online research tools.

Get Started! will continue to evolve. We hope to make the learning tool much more interactive with future iterations.

The conceptual design of Get Started! was influenced by the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Library Research tutorial. We would like to extend our appreciation to the UNC-CH Libraries for granting us permission to adapt materials from their tutorial.
