All users must have in their possession a valid UCSD Graduate or Professional School ID card that clearly indicates current graduate or professional school student status while using the space. On request users must present a valid UCSD ID card to library staff, campus police, or other campus security officers to verify eligibility.

Computing: 4 ACMS computers requiring login and a black & white networked printer.
Access: Eligible users may show their valid UCSD ID card at BLB’s Front Desk to obtain an access card (allow 24 hours for card issuance).
Room Use: For quiet use only. No scheduled meetings, events, or other functions may be held. Silence cell phones and take/make calls in the breezeway or outside.
Food & Drink: The Library’s food & drink policy applies. In compliance with California State Law, UCSD policy prohibits alcohol consumption in the space.

Security: Contact Campus Police at 534-4357 for security problems or 911 for emergencies. Use your own access card to enter the breezeway and Study Lounge. Don’t provide access to unauthorized individuals and don't prop doors open or otherwise prevent the normal operation of the doors. Videocameras provide a record of activity in the space.
Contacts: Visit the BLB Front Desk for any immediate, non-security-related issues. Send non-immediate comments or inquiries about the space or its equipment to LearningSpaces@ucsd.edu.
Failure to adhere to these policies may result in temporary or permanent loss of access to the Graduate Study Lounge.
