"This mission has completely fallen. It was made of adobe mud mixed with large round stones and not of adobe brick as were most of the adobe missions."

Comondú Mission (Jesuit, 1708). San José de Comondú. "This stone mission was considered, along with San Xavier and San Ignacio, as one of the three most beautiful on the peninsula; but it was partially torn down in 1928 to make room for a school" - McDonald.

La Paz. Nuestra Señora del Pilar (Jesuit, 1720). Located in the city of La Paz. "Absolutely nothing remains of this mission, and a modern building occupies the site."

Road between San Antonio and Los Barriles

San José del Cabo (Jesuit, 1730). "Virtually nothing remains at these two sites to indicate the size or shape of these buildings. Both were apparently of adobe, but even that would be difficult to ascertain."
