"GOVERNMENT TAKES TERUEL FROM INSURGENTS. -- After a long siege the seminary at Teruel which was being held by the insurgent troops was evacuated and the Government troops, which had kept up a ceaseless attack entered and re-took the city. Despatches last night from TERUEL indicated that the Insurgents have now brought up large forces to attempt to wrest the city from the Government again. Battle is developing along a twenty-four mile front and the International Brigade is reported to be in action. Photo shows the civil population of Teruel in flight from the city wrapped in blankets against the bitter cold, on the entry of the Government troops."
