In districts returning at least five members, the party getting the most votes is awarded a bonus seat,
with the rest of the seats awarded by LR-Hare. In districts returning no more than four members, the system is
LR-Hare (and no bonus seats). A party must poll 10% of the national vote in order to be allocated seats. |
