You Snooze, You Lose – Not True!

Napping is super good for you, even lifesaving, according to Dr. Sara Mednick. On May 1 from noon to 1 PM, Dr. Mednick, a UCSD Department of Psychiatry faculty member, will give a lunchtime talk, “Napping for Your Brain and Body,” in the Biomedical Library Events Room. Bring your bag lunch if you wish and the Library will supply cookies and drinks. Dr. Mednick recently published a book, TAKE A NAP! CHANGE YOUR LIFE and will be signing copies of her book after the talk.
