    Chronobiologically-Informed Features from CGM Data Provide Unique Information for XGBoost Prediction of Longer-Term Glycemic Dysregulation in 8,000 Individuals with Type-2 Diabetes

    • This collection includes engineered features extracted from continuous glucose monitoring (CGM; Dexcom G6) in order to classify long-term glycemic dysregulation in a large, uncontrolled cohort over the course of a year. The goal of sharing these data are to encourage better algorithm development for predicting types of dysregulated days as well as within-individual dysregulation.
