Troubleshooting Tips

  • Verify your "Group" setting: When using VPN AnyConnect client, select 2-Step Secured - allthruucsd from the "Group" drop-down. Other available groups do not allow access to all Library licensed content.
  • Clear the cache and cookies in your browser then close all browser windows and relaunch
  • Try a different browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari, etc.)
    • Certain browser privacy settings may impair your ability to access library-licensed resources
  • Disable any existing proxy server settings from your browser
