Graduate Student Lockers
Currently enrolled UC San Diego graduate students may reserve use of a graduate student locker located in Geisel Library, Floor 1 West. Locker reservations are free of charge and awarded on a first come, first served basis for the current academic year.
Reserve a Locker
- Submit the Graduate Locker Form to request approval.
- If you would like to reserve a locker in person, please visit us at Geisel Library's Service Hub, on Floor 2.
Policies
- Only store Library, study, research materials, and supplies in the locker.
- Storage of food, drinks, items that can spoil, weapons, toxic materials and all other items that violate UCSD’s Standards of Conduct are strictly prohibited.
- Do not store valuable items in the locker.
- Library-owned items must be checked out before storing in the locker; any Library-owned items that are not checked out and found during regular inspection will be returned to the Library collection.
- A $75.00 fine will be assessed for lock replacement, key not returned by the due date, or lost or damaged key/locker.
- Lockers are for individual use only; do not share the locker or allow unauthorized people access.
- Secure your locker when you leave it, even for brief periods of time.
- Any personal belongings left in the locker after the due date will be sent to UC San Diego lost and found.
